An absolutely cracking opportunity has arisen for a committed and distinguished Personal Assistant to support the Creative Director behind ground breaking visual concepts and campaigns for some of the finest brands within the Luxury and Fashion sectors.

To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience as a Personal Assistant and will be familiar with hectic international diary management and travel plans, that can and will change at the drop of the hat due to the nature of the Creative Director's busy schedule.

On top of the typical PA duties, you will also be responsible for booking private appointments and there will most definitely be an element of lifestyle management. Therefore, it is essential that you have empathy as you will be dealing with an individual who is incredibly busy in both a business and private capacity and who can be very demanding during busy calendar periods, which for the right person will be like water off a ducks back. You will need a strong sense of self awareness and know when to dial it up and dial it down.

You would be joining a small but dedicated team of people who collaborate very closely with their clients to bring life into a brief.

An interest and knowledge of the industries would be a bonus, though essential for this partnership to work is someone with a high level of emotional intelligence, strong willed and the ability to adapt accordingly. The Creative Director doesn't suffer any fools and strives for perfection.

The other function to this role would be as Studio Manager. Our client has an impressive back catalogue of clients who you would be meeting and greeting as well as sitting in on meetings frequently.

This is a temp to perm role, with a strong view of this going permanent very quickly for the right person.

You will need to be flexible as it will change from week to week, though you will be committed to a minimum of 3 days per week.

The salary is £40,000 + DOE. (Pro Rata)

Ideally, you will need to be available immediately.
