This one year contract is the perfect position for an efficient Administrator with a strong interest in HR.  Ideally you will have a HR degree or your studies would have included an HR module however, no previous experience is required.  Assisting two HR professionals, they will train you to process all admin matters relating to new employees - these will include: creating new staff files, checking references, updating the personnel database, keeping holiday and sickness records and assisting with the admin of the company health care and pension plans.  There will also be involvement in the preparation of weekly and monthly payrolls, again full training is offered to a numerate individual.  

Attention to detail, discretion and strong organisational skills are key requirements along with a warm, approachable manner. Competent MS Word & Excel is also required.  Ideally you will be able to start date mid Feb.
