Leading corporate organisation, based in the heart of the West End in one of London’s most prominent buildings, have a unique requirement for a Marketing Relationship Executive to administer the marketing, maintenance and development of third party client benefits schemes. You will be a pivotal member of the Marketing team, responsible for the complete relationship management of their long standing client base, working within a fast paced environment, for a company established over 100 years;
- Liaise with clients for assets (copy, logos, images, etc.) for various promotional campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met, and support Partner Marketing Manager with initial proofing and ensuring company guidelines are adhered to
- Monitor, maintain and proactively develop client website/ microsites, ensuring content is up to date, relevant and that transition pages are cross-sold as appropriate
- Provide support and attend events
- Explore, evaluate and implement new marketing channels
- Attend internal meetings and represent the team, maximising any potential cross-sell opportunities and to highlight important updates to the client team
- Respond to enquiries, seeking input as necessary, make new client scheme recommendations
- Produce and maintain client Products Competitor Analysis
- Support with new product launches
- Schedule quarterly meetings with client Providers, produce and circulate agendas, attend and minute appropriate meetings
- Ensure that accurate statistics, commissions and MI reports are received from Providers in line with contractual obligations and that these are stored and passed to Data Management (if appropriate)
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects as requested by the Affinity Team
Skills and Attributes:
- Educated to a minimum ‘A’ Level standard with preferably a formal Marketing qualification
- At least two years’ experience in a marketing or account management business
- A confident and articulate individual with good communication skills and the ability to manage and converse with individuals at all levels
- Understanding and practical experience of marketing products and services e.g. copy writing, proof reading, marketing analysis and the ability to assess and maximise commercial opportunities

Hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm / 9am – 5pm
