Corporate Receptionist based in Uxbridge

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist seeking to continue their career in Corporate Reception and manage the reception desk at recently renovated offices based in the heart of Uxbridge.

Duties for this role will include the following: 

• Strong meet and greet skills and a warm, welcoming personality 
• Ability to work on own initiative, be confident in the role and take ownership of the reception area 
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken 
• Ability to remain self-motivated during quiet periods and enjoys being the face of the brand 
• Providing customer service excellence to all visitors and tenants on a daily basis 
• Train elite cover on building procedures 
• Manage the overflow of facilities management administration 
• Regular updates of onsite reception manual
