Studio Manager/Bookkeeper- Brand Strategy Co. London W1

Our client, a small to medium sized entrepreneurial brand strategy studio, are looking for an amazing Studio Manager and Bookkeeper. 
Based in a trendy Central London loft conversation, they are a multifaceted team of insight, brand and design experts working in close collaboration to help solve the toughest brand challenges.

There are two major elements to this role. Firstly, the Bookkeeper function. This will include inputting and processing invoices, completing reconciliations, setting up new suppliers, preparation of VAT returns, handling petty cash, and suggesting and implementing new processes.  Sage experience is advantageous but not essential. 

The second function is that of Studio Manager, a visible and vital role to this growing company. 
Primarily it is about the day to day management of the studio environment, ensuring it is always fit for purpose and in good order. You will help safeguard and develop the company culture and studio philosophy and manage internal and external events, working in conjunction with the Events Manager.

You will be warm, personable and very hands on as well as having a ‘can do’ attitude with strong problem solving abilities and love to be the ‘go to’ person in the team!
