An excellent opportunity has come up working as Team Assistant for a leading insurance company based in central London. The company is working on some great projects at the moment and so this is perfect for those ambitious candidates who are looking to take on more! It is a lovely working environment and most PAs have stayed with the company for a long time.
Although this is a team assistant, there is real opportunity for you to make the role your own and add value.
Main duties will involve;
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Booking travel, processing expenses and invoices, etc.
- Assisting with projects
- Overflow HR admin
- Overflow PA duties to the senior members of the team
They are looking for somebody with a lot of common sense and confidence. This job will suit someone who has worked in a fast paced environment previously and can take a proactive approach to helping the team. The ideal candidate will have previous admin experience and be degree educated. The company would like someone to start ASAP so candidates who are immediately available are preferred.
The role will pay between £28,000 and £35,000 depending on experience.
