A unique opportunity has come up in a great secondary's private equity company located in Mayfair. They have a lovely working environment with low staff turnover meaning roles at this firm don't come up very often. They are looking for a switched on, efficient administrator with fantastic attention to detail, to work within their tax team.
 
This role is to provide admin assistance to the tax team. Your main responsibilities will include; communication with investments and other departments in order to collate information, track information, maintain files and the companies document management system, ad hoc analytical tasks as and when appropriate, filing and general assistance on administrative tasks. As this role is heavily administrative, you must have meticulous attention to detail and consistently high standards of accuracy.
 
You will have relevant experience in administration supporting a team and have excellent IT (especially Excel) skills. The successful candidate will be a motivated, self-started with great communication skills and a flexible attitude to work.
 
The team are lovely with a really collaborative culture where all the admin team support each other to each other out.
 
The core hours are 9-5 and they are offering an excellent salary of up to £35k, depending on experience plus benefits on top.
