Customer Service Admin

You will be working for an exciting consulting firm who specialise in Energy, Utilities and Renewables. The company are based in The City with a lovely modern office

This customer focussed role will include both email, telephone and helpdesk based work to resolve enquiries and escalate if necessary. Although you'll be advising on technical issues, full training and extremely helpful software is there to help you. 

We are looking for immediately available candidates with office based customer service experience. Clear and concise communication skills will be required - This role will be for an initial 7 month FTC
