A FANTASTIC opportunity is now available for an organised, well presented, highly efficient, and hands on PA!! This role is working for a Global Gold Mining company and is a very rare find! If you have previous PA experience and are looking to work in a fast paced environment then this could be the role for you! This role will be reporting to the EA of the CEO and will include traditional PA duties as well as assisting the team with all sorts of tasks and projects when required!

This company is currently experiencing a stage of rapid growth and expansion. Therefore, experience working for a corporate or global company will benefit your CV. As PA, you will be responsible for providing all round first class administrative support and PA support. Your duties will include, liaising with clients, pro-actively managing diaries, co-ordinating and scheduling meetings, conference rooms and conference calls. As PA it is vital that you are forward thinking and organised as it will be your job to make extensive travel arrangements, both national and international. This includes booking flights, ground transportation, lodging and entertainment for business travel, preparing itineraries and visas etc.
Due to the expansion of the company, the company has recently relocated offices. As PA it is vital that you are a team player as you will be involved in assisting the move and helping the team where help is needed!

To be successful for this PA role, you will possess the following attributes: - proficient in all software packages, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, trustworthy with a sense of confidentiality and discretion and strong attitude to detail.
