Leading Investment firm based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for an HR and Recruitment Assistant to join a collaborative HR team.

This role requires someone with the ability to manage confidential information, previous experience in an HR administration role and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Primary coordinator for recruitment of the Investment Team Associates as well as shared resources for recruitment as needed
  • Seamless candidate management through the whole recruitment process
  • Interview scheduling and coordination
  • Liaising with head hunters, candidate tracking and database management to ensure all records are updated
  • Reimbursement of candidate expenses
  • Preparation of recruitment statistics and presentations for internal communications
  • Administration of background checks for new joiners, creating new joiner welcome packs and assisting with the set-up of induction schedules
  • Assistance with employee benefits administration
  • Updating electronic and hard copy HR files and other records
  • Providing administrative support for the annual and mid-year performance review process
  • Assisting with coordinating Learning and Development initiatives for Associate training
  • Ad hoc Projects  

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR administration role, preferably within a Professional or Financial Services firm
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience using an HR database is preferred
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a heavy and varied workload
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable working approach
  • Strong team player skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
