Contract: Full time, Permanent 
Location: London, Clerkenwell  

About the role

Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our team of civil and structural engineers. Reporting to the Company Director you will be a pivotal member of the team, keeping everyone organised by managing diaries, arranging (and sometimes attending) events, typing correspondence, assisting to prepare presentations, co-ordinating and responding to client enquiries.

In addition you will maintain the project contact database, administer appraisals, training and holidays for the team, action mail items, set up new projects on our Project Management system and co-ordinate project activities.  This is a busy role with lots of variety and the scope for you to make your mark.

About you

You will have strong interpersonal skills, an excellent standard of written and spoken English, a good eye for detail, as well as an excellent grasp of Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. Some knowledge of Adobe InDesign would be useful. You will have the ability to organise and manage diverse activities to tight deadlines, demonstrate discretion and respect confidentiality. 

Above all you will be unflappable, assertive yet diplomatic, easy to get along with and flexible in attitude.

You will have achieved recent success in a similar role in a busy office environment.  Experience of working within consulting engineering, architecture, property development or design would be an advantage.
