Overview of Role
Media Researchers are responsible for creating and maintaining the records in the company database.
Responsibilities
- Contacting daily a broad range of media related sources (written & verbal) using business tools (email/telephone).
- Building relationships with external contacts to enhance stakeholder relationships
- Responding to client requests and client data queries within Service Level Agreement (SLAs)
- Applying the data quality principles of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, consistency in the management of all data entry
- Developing an understanding of the UK media market and current trends to deliver the role's activities effectively
- Achieving weekly performance targets
Essential Skills
- Comfortable and confident using the telephone
- Excellent grammar and spelling
- Willingness to follow routine schedules and work to tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain an awareness of how specific data is displayed
- The ability to prioritize projects based on business needs, and to multi task
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Gmail and Google Drive
- Minimum A-level standard grades A-E
- Database experience
- Office experience
- Desk research skills
