Wonderfully varied role for an experienced administrator who is looking to grow their career within a dynamic organisation which is going from strength to strength. Based in their recruitment centre, you should be someone who enjoys wearing many hats. Your love and knowledge of social media will stand you in good stead as you will be in charge of all the centre's social media and marketing activities and new initiatives. This will entail liaising with media managers, design companies, the marketing department etc. You will also be responsible for the facilities management of the centre in terms of office equipment and supplies, invoicing etc. In addition you will give PA support to the Operations Manager, looking after their diary, organising meetings, preparing reports, creating Powerpoint presentations; and you will also be involved in running the training centre there, coordinating events, meetings, training sessions and exhibitions etc.
This is a perfect job for someone who has a broad range of both administrative and PA experience, who now wants to take on more responsibility, enjoy huge variety, and use their fabulous communication skills and social media knowledge to enhance their career.
