Junior Receptionist at Niche Law Firm at Liverpool Street – to £24,000

Niche international law firm housed in stunning City offices is looking to hire a new junior receptionist to offer first class front of house support.  This firm is based in the City with an absolutely beautiful reception area plus this role will be very much a mixed bag of duties including being the first point of contact for bothinternal and external clients, meeting room management including the diaries and the maintenance of the rooms pre and post conferences – plus you will also be responsible for organising the catering of events and conferences.  Candidates that want to work in a busy, professional and corporate environment where the expectations are high will find this an opportunity too good to miss.  This role will take on all of the responsibilities that are expected when working on a busy reception desk and an understanding of the full reception function and why the reception desk needs to be as professional and respected as the law firm itself is just so important.  Please apply if wanting to hear more details.  Standard hours are 9:30am to 6pm with offices a short walk from Liverpool Street, Fenchurch Street, Cannon Street and London Bridge.
