Profile

• German to mother tongue standard both written and spoken
• Fluency in English is essential
• Experience in handling inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to client/customer queries via telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
• Ideally experience working in a customer support, order processing, order fulfillment, customer services or client support environment
• Proven team player that has a keen willingness to learn new things
• Looking to work part-time in East Sussex
