COMPANY BACKGROUND:
A highly respected and reputable company, specialised in finacial services, based in the Heart of the City. This company, niche within their market, strive for and achieve the upmost out of their profession.
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Working as the first point of contact based on reception for all personnel, you will be working as the face of the company. You will be responsible for all aspects of a Reception role. This is an on-going temporary role.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Meeting and greeting guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Taking calls, announcing calls and passing on messages
Dealing with deliveries and couriers
Keeping the Reception area clean and tidy at all times
Booking meeting rooms
Providing refreshments and catering
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
To apply for this role you must have previous experience gained as a Receptionist who is used to liaising with clients. You will have an open-minded outlook and be used to liaising at all levels. Also you MUST be available immediately and have worked in a Corporate environment.
