Team Assistant

A prestigious Investment Bank are looking for a top level Team Assistant with a proven background supporting large teams. The role is based on within IBD and you will be responsible for x2 MD's and their direct reports. You will be based within their plush offices in Canary Wharf and the position will be on an ongoing temporary basis.

Duties Include:
Extensive diary management
Booking multi leg global trips
Visas
Expenses
Organising meetings
Reporting
Presentations
Covering other Assistants when needed

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a great team and a leading Bank. Previous investment banking experience is desirable for this role.
