Client Services Executive
£20,000-£23,000 + Bonus

Our client, a call centre based in northwood, are looking for two Client Services Executives who have impecable telephone manner and communication skills and are able to confidently answer client enquiries and build strong relationships to ensure client retention. You must have previous experience provide customers with support over the phone, on chat and email and CRM System experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who is expanding both in the UK and Internationally and believe in developing their staff.

The Role
Handling inbound telephone calls from new and existing customers
Handling enquiries received online (website, social media, partners)
Answering questions and auctioning general queries
Regularly updating the internal CRM system 
Maintaining regular contact with the customers
Liaising with the clinical team and reporting any serious issues
Ensuring that customer’s issue is resolved in a timely manner
Gaining customer satisfaction with all queries

The Person
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Experience in a telephone customer service based role is essential
Confident on the telephone 
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times 
Strong literacy skills 
Attention to detail 
Passionate about delivering high levels of Customer Service
