Our client, a highly renowned and award winning Tele Communications company based in the heart of the City, are looking for an experienced Sales Team Administrator to work alongside the support team. This role is available due to expansion and is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company.
The Role
Supporting the sales process from quote to order:
o Helping to prepare quality proposals and quotes for clients
o Putting through Sales Orders in the absence of a sales person
o Checking and processing internal paperwork (required by client services)
o Liaising with various departments and project managers to provide required information/ documentation
o Accurately providing invoicing details via CRM
o Additional works when required – processing of smaller / one-off client kit requests
Providing a central point of contact in the event of salespeople’s holidays (taking messages from clients)
Providing support to Sales Managers
External supplier liaison – queries on cost or technology account to instructions
Arranging internal invoices and supplier agreements
Updating records of potential deals and progress (quotes, meetings, messages etc) and relaying information to managers
Welcome packs to new clients
Assisting the Head of Sales Admin heavily with adhoc and day to day duties
Updating CRM and providing reports as needed
The Person
Good Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Sales administration support experience, ideally from a Telecoms background
Interpersonal skills
Good Communication skills: ability to clarify and ensure understanding
Ability to build effective working relationships and manage expectations
Self-managing and driven to do a good job
Ability to deliver results to demanding and changing deadlines
Time management and prioritisation
Fastidious attention to detail and accurate approach to working with data
