Our client is a hugely successful financial PR company in slick offices in the heart of the City, a prestigious blue chip client list and a dynamic reputation for excellence. We are looking for a front line Receptionist, working on a flexible shift pattern Monday-Friday within a team of 3. You must be able to work within the hours of 7am and 7pm on a rota basis.

You will man the busy front line reception, offering a professional and welcoming service. You will book video/telephone conference calls and presentation meetings so it’s important you are a proficient user of MS Office packages (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel).

You'll be well spoken with an excellent telephone manner. You'll be immaculately presented, smart and approachable with a professional and friendly manner. You'll be an organised individual who is able to effectively multi-task and meet/greet visitors and remains calm under pressure. Most importantly you'll be a self-motivated individual who will proactively looks to improve working practices, and reinforce a happy positive working environment.
