Junior IR Analyst - Global Hedge Fund (Westend)

A leading global hedge fund located in stunning office in Knightsbridge is looking for a junior Investor Relations Analyst to join their Global Investor Relations & Marketing team.

They are looking for a pro-active, dynamic and charismatic graduate to join them as soon as possible. The ideal Investor Relations Analyst will have 1-2 years of experience in a corporate environment. Keen attention to detail, professionalism and strong organizational skills are essential, as the role involves working with a large institutional investor base.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the IR&M group calendar. Schedule and coordinate investor meetings across all offices in London, New York and Hong Kong!
-Manage the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, updating investor distribution lists, logging meetings and data entry as needed.
-Assist in preparing weekly and monthly distributions to investors and managing the Firm's online investor portal
