This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their send job or maybe their first job in London.

Based in the City offices of an award winning law firm you will be part of a busy team operating their switchboard and also proving cover for reception.

What they are looking for is someone confident and well presented with excellent communication skills who is used to working on a busy switchboard or on reception where dealing with incoming calls is a big part of your role. At least 6-12 months experience in a role like this is absolutely essential.

They use a computerised switchboard along with other packages (outlook, databases and room booking software) so while full training is given they do need you to be IT literate and keen to learn. Previous experience with similar packages and a screen-based switchboard would be a distinct advantage.

Experience working in a law firm or similar environment would be preferred but isn’t essential.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm but flexibility is required.
