Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal skills

Great attention to detail

Confidence in your ability to work with all levels of candidates and clients within this sector

A  professional, proactive and ambitious work ethic;  we are looking for passion

Strong on IT systems

So what will you be doing?

  • You will be responsible for building up your network, by developing existing clients as well as creating new business and building a network of high calibre candidates
  • A typical day will include: business development, client meetings, interviewing candidates, marketing, headhunting, negotiating terms, maintaining client relationships and placing people in great jobs
