This globally-renowned PR and Communications Agency, working with some of the biggest names in both the Corporate and Financial fields as well as global Blue Chip clients, is looking for a proactive and talented receptionist to work Front of House in their London offices.  Duties for this reception role, which works on a shift pattern with two others, will include:

- Ensuring phones are answered in a timely manner
- Managing a busy switchboard and heavy influx of calls
- Greeting clients and making sure an impeccable customer service is provided
- Ensuring front of house area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Ordering stationary
- Arranging couriers/taxis
- Daily post - franking and distribution etc.
- Organising staff social events and company meetings
- Assisting Office Manager in the smooth daily running of the office
- Ad hoc duties as requested
