HR Advisor for Top Advertising Agency

Key responsibilities:

• Provide best practice process, policy and employment law advice to enable managers to make sound and pragmatic decisions in regard to their people, and manage HR Employee Relations processes
• Contribute to and drive HR objectives that ensure the business is supported to attract, recruit, retain, engage and develop talented people to secure the future of our business
• Develop strong relationships across the business, providing a point of contact for employees with HR related queries
• Support, coach and develop line managers consistently in all aspects of people management, providing guidance and tools where appropriate
• Provide day to day support and guidance to the HR Assistant and HR Coordinator, supervising the employee lifecycle process and payroll/ benefits administration
• Establish, analyse and produce regular and relevant HR management information for the business
• Support the Head of HR with specific HR projects and initiatives as appropriate

• Discreet and able maintain confidentiality at all times

You will have:

• Generalist HR experience and progression within in a similar fast-faced environment

• CIPD qualification
• Proven knowledge of employment law and HR best practice

Experience working within a creative agency is essential.
