Title: Team Support Receptionist (Mobile Receptionist)

We are looking for experienced Receptionists who are passionate about providing impeccable service within a 5* environment and who would enjoy the variety of being based at various sites within Greater London.  One day or week, you may be based at one of our prestigious Investment Banks, and another week you may be based at an international law firm – this role suits someone who enjoys diversity.  Our ideal person will know how to integrate quickly into new teams and build lasting relationships with established team members and clients.

Employed on a permanent contract within our Team Support of 50+ team members, you will have a warm and confident personality, with a passion for customer service and for providing an excellent lasting impression.

We are looking for someone who stands out from the crowd with the very best skills in customer service to help maintain our 5* standards and be a Portico ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing a 5* Meet and Greet; booking meeting rooms; operating switchboard; Welcome Floor/Lobby Hosting; Events support; Office Support (Administration), just to name a view of your responsibilities 

Skills and experience required:

• Previous experience within a corporate or hospitality front of house environment
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong communication skills Interpersonal skills that impress both internal and external clients
• Positive attitude
