We are really excited to be working with this leading production company who produce some of the UK’s best known and loved TV programmes!  They are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to support the very busy team.  The role is to provide an effective administrative support in the day to day running of the department.  You will be proactively assisting the HR Director and HR Managers with providing operational support on basic employment related matters covering the whole generalist remit of HR. The team that you are working in are genuinely one of the nicest teams around!  Day to day duties will include:

  • Managing the monthly payroll changes spreadsheet
  • Coordinate and administer the company benefit schemes
  • Ensure all employee records are kept up to date
  • Holiday and sickness record admin
  • Organisation and administration of new starters
  • Support the HR managers with the annual appraisal process and annual salary review
  • Keeping the org charts up to date
  • Administer the work experience programme

This is a very involving position that will require someone to have previous HR experience and a really keen interest in TV.  The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality as well as being super organised and remaining calm and focused under pressure as well as being very friendly is absolutely essential.  Professionalism, confidence and diplomacy are key skills!  If this sounds like your dream role, then please do get in touch today!
