Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join their team for an immediate start.

You MUST have a valid DBS certificate due to the nature of the organisation and their mission of helping children and vulnerable adults.

What does the job consist of?

• Data entry of physical expenses data into a database as well as sourcing electrical, gas and oil usage data from regional offices
• Liaising with procurement department, facilities and regional office managers to gather data onto their systems
• Working closely with the Accountability and Transparency team to ensure that data entry is prioritised in line with their timelines

What will the successful candidate be like?

• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work well with others to resolve issues around the data
• Must have solid admin and data entry experience
• Previous office experience, especially working in Finance
• Good with numbers
• Good reading speed
• Confident to use initiative and to network with others
• Self motivated (someone who is interested in the environment, or in working in the charity sector)
