We have positions supporting both sales and/or lettings, and you will have the opportunity to represent our most established brands by meeting and greeting our high net worth clients on a daily basis.

As an administrator you will be a vital part in either the sales or lettings process, ensuring all of the necessary paperwork is completed on time so that we can continue to provide the highest possible level of service to all of our clientele.

You will need to:

- Be highly organised

- Have an outstanding attention to detail

- Have great people skills

You will be responsible for a number of office management, customer and administration duties including;

- Overseeing the administration relating to all sales/lettings processes

- Answering phones, registering applicants` details and booking valuations/viewings

- Organising and attending team meetings, creating agenda

- Booking photos/floor plans/EPCs and organising property brochures

- Booking advertising and submitting copy

- Completing banking paperwork and processing invoices

- Compiling weekly and monthly statistics

- Liaising with support departments to ensure the smooth running of the office
