Finance Assistant – Creative Tech Start-Up - £24K to £30K

As Finance Assistant you will play an important role as part of the team managing the financial flow of the company.

As well as a spark of creative passion this company is looking for at least a year’s experience in a finance assistant role, and either an ACCA or CIMA qualification or currently studying. Experience of Excel, and at knowledge of accounting packages such as Xero, NetSuite.

You’ll be doing the full suite of duties you would expect as a Finance Assistant including:

• Recording expenditures and receivables.
• Manage bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with end of month reporting and ledger reconciliations.
• HMRC and VAT reporting.
• Preparing budget analyses for specific projects.
• Liaising with team members, external suppliers and clients.
• Assist with compliance.
