Based in the City, a rapidly growing Insurance firm are looking for an Office Coordinator/PA to assist the Central services team with general administrative duties. This is a great opportunity for an efficient, hard working individual who wants to use their current skills and also gain further skills from this position.

A few of the general administrative tasks will include answering phone calls, making sure the office is kept tidy, ordering stationary when necessary and organising/ scheduling meetings. If you feel you are excellent at organising your work, have an eye for detail, the ability to work and communicate well within a team, then this could be the next step for you in your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting guests and ordering access cards/keeping on track of the access cards
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Organising and booking meeting rooms - making sure refreshments are provided for meetings
  • Expenses
  • Arranging travel for colleagues
  • Arranging social/charity events when necessary
  • Distribute post/emails
  • Making sure the general office area is kept tidy and ordering any utensils such as stationary when needed

Good administrative skills would be beneficial as would a good knowledge of IT software which would also come in handy.
