Office Administrator, £15,500 pa, in Port Talbot for a leading Construction company
Your new company
You will be joining a small owner managed construction company, based in Port Talbot. Due to a restructure in the company, they are now looking for a bright, enthusiastic candidate to join their busy team.
Your new role
You will be working as the Office Administrator, within a small team of six people, supporting your colleagues with various tasks. Your main responsibilities will include; dealing with hotel and transport bookings/appointments, managing and inputting sales quotes, providing sales support to colleagues, and further general and adhoc administration duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a bright graduate/student, who is eager and enthusiastic to learn and develop with the company. Some Office Support/environment experience will be necessary, however retail roles dealing with the public and customer service will also be valid. As a person it is essential that you are confident, outgoing, sociable and strong minded, able to undertake tasks efficiently and deal with various customers, clients and colleagues. Strong IT skills will also be necessary, able to use MO packages and adapt to new systems quickly.
What you'll get in return
£15,500 pa, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday working hours, onsite/road parking, permanent, full time role, future progression available
