THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE TO START IMMEDIATELY ON A ROLLING CONTRACT

Right now we're in the process of moving from a singular business (Octopus) to a broader group structure incorporating Octopus Energy, Octopus Ventures, Octopus Investments, Octopus Property and Octopus Healthcare.

This role will be focusing on providing Octopus Healthcare with temporary administrative support, particularly around the entry of data on to the two dedicated management information systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining two dedicated Octopus Healthcare management information systems with accurate and up to date information
  • Ownership of the two systems and the go-to person for reporting
  • Uploading new data on a weekly / monthly basis
  • Producing reports for the team on daily / weekly basis or as required
  • Working with the team to analysis and interrogate data to provide insight

Requirements

  • Previous experience of data analysis and data entry
  • Proven analysis skills enabling commercial decisions about sales strategy
  • Proficient with advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word functionality
  • High quality interpersonal skills with honesty and integrity in your style
