A global Investment Bank is seeking a key hire within their Executive Assistant team to support the Global Head. This is a highly visible role within the business and a truly ambassadorial Executive Assistant role; therefore the experience required needs to reflect this seniority.

The role would suit someone who enjoys:

• Extensive diary management with a focus on delivering service to senior executives.
• Arranging travel, both internationally and nationally that is subject to last minute changes.
• Working to an exceptionally high standard under pressure maintaining the highest level of accuracy throughout.
• Being the consummate gatekeeper to internal stakeholders and able to manage expectations.
• Acting with the up most level of diplomacy and discretion as the success of the company is built on exceptional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will innately use their intuition and drive to maintain composed when last minute changes occur, and always have at least one backup plan ready to ensure smooth service delivery. Knowledge of various IT packages would be advantageous.

To be suitable for the role you are currently working as an Executive Assistant with three years experience within Financial Services and ideally supporting at a senior level.

6-12 months Temporary role excellent rate up to 22.00 plus holiday pay.
