Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Agency established over 25 years with an enviable reputation as a small, dynamic and very focused agency specialising in the perm and temp recruitment of support staff in London requires a Recruitment Consultant to start ASAP.

The main duties are:

• Proactively sourcing candidates by posting job adverts and by searching on job sites
• Access CV's
• Interview candidates face to face
• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle where you will be responsible for the whole process from start to finish
• Close deals
• Generating leads and building your database of contacts
• Initiate and attend client visits
• Building relationships and rapport with candidates and clients
• Supporting other Consultants during busy periods
• Assisting accounts with payroll
• Assisting with recruitment admin as and when required

You will be degree educated or equivalent, with ideally some experience in Recruitment or HR, you must have excellent communication skills, as well as a positive, friendly attitude.
