Financial services firm based in The City of London are looking for a Secretary/Administrative Assistant to join the administrative team. The role will provide support to both the London & Paris office.
Provide general secretarial and administrative support, working alongside the firms Executive Assistant, and facilitating the smooth day-to-day running of the offices in London and Paris, including:
Arrange Meetings
- Arrange refreshments and lunches as and when required, liaise with the Office Manager
- Arrange meetings for departmental Committees
- Manage the diary and travel expenses for all Senior Directors and Directors
General Office Administration
- Screen, introduce calls and take messages
- Liaising across the departments within the firm
- Liaising with financial and government institutions
- Manage and maintain CRM – the firms own database
- Expenses
- Booking conferences and seminars
- Meet and greet visitors
Key Skills
Full knowledge of Pack Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Fluent French essential
Minimum 5-year experience in similar functions
