Marketing and Communications Manager

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager to work for a leading Investment organisation. This role requires previous experience in a marking and communications role, an excellent understanding of social media and developed research skills. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all aspects of periodic and ad hoc communications;  maintaining social media presence, updating the company website, maintenance of the company contacts list and coordination of content on Twitter and LinkedIn
• Managing company contributors and contributors base
• Managing and delivering two successful portfolio events per annum; brainstorming ideas, identifying and securing sponsors and venues, structuring events, securing speakers, monitoring and updating event social media campaigns
• Identifying opportunities for press release and events
• Managing company website by increasing dynamic content through press updates

Requirements

• Experience in a marketing and communications role and/or management accounting
• Understanding of social media
• Developed Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Desktop research skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
• Superb numeracy skills
• Analytical skills desired but not required
• Experience in the financial industry preferred
