An incredible opportunity exists for an experienced graduate caliber PA with Events experience to join this niche Social Impact accelerator boutique which invests in exciting ideas to develop young people in today’s society.
Based in beautiful offices in Paddington in a small team of entrepreneurs, the business is, at the age of 5, experiencing a period of unprecedented growth and requires experienced operational support to help with the coordination of all business activities and managing internal systems as they scale. The charity is slick, sophisticated, dynamic and forward thinking with a myriad high profile backers from the world of business and philanthropy.
Reporting to the 2 MD’s your role involves undertaking diary management, scheduling meetings, managing the database, coordinating internal trustee and advisory board meetings, supporting the team with events logistics (for often high profile fundraising dinners and larger scale impact events), manage invoices and provide ad hoc administrative support to all centering around office management and organising back office systems.
Unusually, you will be given every opportunity to expand your role and develop opportunities for your own career path to include undertaking research into potential new partnerships and really taking ownership of the Events piece.
You will have proven experience of PA/administrative and office management duties within preferably a start-up environment where the pressure is really on and where no two days are the same.
You are a meticulous organizer with fabulous attention to detail and have some experience of managing community and fundraising events. You have a strong eye for detail, are calm and composed under pressure and have excellent MS Office skills as well as a “have a go” mentality. An interest in Social Impact schemes and the charity initiatives to support young people is preferable so you can really empathise with the objectives of the organization.
Please apply today for an immediate interview.
