Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a part-time Legal Secretary with previous Litigation experience to join the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in their Leicester office on a 6 month contract basis.
This role is offered on a 25 hour per week basis, with hours to be agreed with the candidate.
You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team, producing a range of correspondence and documentation, as well as liaising with clients on a daily basis, managing file opening, the processing of files, and archiving, and supporting with billing and other financial administration.
Other duties will include managing the team's diaries, organising meetings and booking travel, as well as providing ad hoc administrative support such as scanning and photocopying.
To secure this role, you will require previous legal secretarial experience, and ideally previous exposure to working within a litigation team. Fast and accurate keyboard skills are also a must, as well as proficiency in Word, Excel and ideally PowerPoint.
