PA to Founder/Residential Legal PA - Mayfair Solicitors

A leading, well established Solicitors based in the West End are seeking an experienced PA to work within their busy, sociable and vibrant office.

The role is working as a PA to one of the Founders whilst also working as a Residential Legal PA.

Duties would involve full diary management, email gatekeeping, liaising with estate agents and clients, file opening and closing, preparing invoices, ensuring all files are up to date, constant correspondence, using the the firm's accounts management software, liaising with court and chambers, arranging meetings with clients, photocopying and scanning documents and assisting with the preparation of court bundles.
