Office Manager/Reception/PA/Social Media Manager - Creative Recruiter

Are you looking for an exciting and varied role? We’re a leading Creative Recruitment Agency, based in a stunning office in the cool location of Shoreditch. With a collaborative culture, we’re on the search for a: Bright, well-presented, and organised Receptionist/ Office Manager, Social Media Manager and PA. 

Not only does this fantastic role bring a variety of duties, but you will also need to get your creative cap on... you’ll be in charge of the company marketing, which involves: implementing growth strategies; updating our new website; creating creative content for our social media sites and company blog; sending mail-outs; running newsletter campaigns and EVEN filming/ photography for our website! 

As the face of the company, you will be meeting and greeting visitors and candidates; answering/ screening calls; organising couriers and maintaining general FOH demeanour. In terms of Office Management, it is your duty to maintain the appearance of the office; to liaise with the landlord and management company; order stationery and stocks. 

As the PA to the two directors – you will be organising their diaries; booking restaurants and internal/ external meetings; general admin and the organisation of company events.  

This pro-active and multi role will suit someone with a really confident, hands-on attitude, with bags of initiative - a proven interest in social media (I.e Twitter, Instagram and Facebook) is a must, as well as a creative eye and all round good office experience. We need someone that possess an exceptional can-do attitude: lots of energy; friendly and an all-round team player.
