‘Big Four’ Financial Services firm is seeking an experienced Graduate administrator to join the HR team, on a high profile client project.

Providing operational support, you will assist the HR and project leadership teams to ensure the smooth running and delivery of project objectives.

This role requires a forward thinking, organised and confident approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with headcount management
  • Produce MI reports
  • Manage and streamline internal systems
  • Assist with contractor timesheets and invoices
  • Ad-hoc HR support
  • Liaise with various departments and senior managers

Requirements:

  • Degree level educated is a prerequisite
  • Minimum 6 months’ office and administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Problem solver and organised

This is a full time position for an on-going contract, immediate start, based in Central London, with two days per week spent at the Crawley site (expenses for travel to Crawley will be covered)

This is an ongoing contract, an initial 6 month commitment is required.
