This role will mainly involve providing PA duties to one Director and family as well as providing support to other Directors & senior executives when required.

PA to CEO

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has previous PA experience to join a unique organisation. This role will mainly involve providing PA duties to one CEO and family as well as providing support to other Directors & senior executives when required.

Acting as a gatekeeper for directors responsibilities will include:

• Screening and dealing with phone calls

• Organising and maintaining their diaries

• Dealing with incoming post

• Organising meetings

• Ensuring directors are well prepared and fully briefed for meetings

• Organising both business and personal travel arrangements including; Flights, hotels, car bookings, suggested itineraries etc

• Booking entertainment, restaurants, concerts etc

• Everyday needs for the director and family - i.e. personal errands, liaising with family staff, schools etc.

• Organising both business and personal gifts

• Providing PA support to other directors in the business when required

Profile

The ideal candidate will be highly competent with all PA duties and have had exposure to supporting in the capacity of PA to CEO or PA to Director level. Strong organisational skills and a pro-active attitude are essential in additional to a having worked or carried out duties in the capacity of a 'private' PA.

The role will command absolute discretion and commitment. The successful candidate should be able use their own initiative to prioritise workload according to the demands of the day.

Job Offer
