We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and keen individual to work as a Case Administrator within our clients Consumer Disputes Team with the main aspect of the roll involving call handling. This is an important front line role in the consumer services business unit working with a team of advisers who communicate directly with members of the public and customer relations staff at a large number of businesses. This is a temporary role starting asap and paying £9.15ph.

The role is fast paced and focused on customer service. A high level of attention to detail and collaborative team working is essential.  The key responsibility will be to administer the dispute resolution process for cases related to disputes between businesses and their consumers.
