A very exciting (and rare!) opportunity is currently available for a hungry and ambitious PA to work for one of the world's best sports consultancies! This is an incredible role for a super organised PA with a passion for the sports world to gain vast amounts of experience to a very senior level and potentially travel across the globe with the business.

It would suit an individual who is flexible with their times, is hungry to take on more and is extremely proactive and always one step ahead!

PA responsibilities;

• Extensive diary management; organising meetings, scheduling calls, booking venues
• Booking local and international travel with detailed itineraries
• Project management and implementing process
• Minute taking and actions
• Liasing with senior management with confidential information
• Research projects
• Running weekly reports and presentations

PA requirements;

• A proven background as a PA or EA is required
• An interest in Sports would be an advantage
• Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT skills
• Flexible and proactive approach
