Administrator within Tax Department - Private Equity - Up to 35K. West End

With a prestigious and well established brand coupled with an enviable culture this West End global private equity company are seeking an assistant within their Tax team. The company are looking for a highly motivated, proactive administrator to provide first class support to a team of five who work collaboratively and positively at all times.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about data and accuracy as this role will make full use of these skills! You will be liaising with multiple contacts within the business and handling a huge volume of information so attention to detail is vital! You are the gatekeeper for the team and will be responsible for tracking and chasing information as well as working on a bespoke in house database.

The person in this role will become a subject matter expert and the Head of the team is openly encouraging for someone to develop the role and be hugely innovative by looking at ways of working and efficiencies overall in the department.

You are an Excel expert and uses to working with formulae, whilst v look up's are not essential, they would be desirable, however full training will be offered if needed.

You would describe yourself as methodical, analytical and organised in your approach and are willing to pitch in to deliver exceptional support to your team.
