What will you be doing?

An exceptional opportunity to join one of the most well respected professional education companies in the UK. Full responsibility for your regional area, autonomous working, full, bespoke training and professional development as well as progression opportunities.

 

Arranging student sign-up and subsequent support visits with student and employer

 

  • Managing own time and workload to ensure visits are efficient and effective
  • Providing counselling, supporting and advice to ensure a high % of success
  • Ensure all quality assurance requirements are met
  • Provide training on Functional Skills when required
  • Reporting on student progress both internally and externally
  • Arranging appointments and developing relationships with existing employer base
  • Keeping up to date with industry changes and providing internal feedback where necessary

 

What do you need?

We are looking for a passionate education or training professional with the get up and go to manage a large regional area with the minimum of supervision and with the desire to really make a difference and provide tailored support to a range of learners undertaking demanding apprenticeship schemes.

Coaching, Assessor, Counselling or other formal training and development qualifications would be highly advantageous although not essential.

Experience working in a professional firm with high standards of client service delivery would be beneficial.

GCSEs in English and Maths, strong communication skills and a full clean driving licence. You will be CRB checked if successful.
