PA to Sales Director : global FMCG co. West London

West London, an ambitious and driven Sales Support professional is required to support the Sales Director of a global brand based business. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door within an internationally renowned, household brands business! This Sales Support / Sales Lead role offers career progression into various commercial areas other than business support.

As Sales Support / Sales Lead, your main responsibilities will include;

*Day-to-day maintenance to a high professional standard
*Determined leader in the field of administration / organisation for the business unit to help deliver their business objectives
*Extensive diary management
*Travel and accommodation arrangements
*Create presentations and build reports for internal and external meetings
*Manage SAP database and expenses
*Drafting correspondence

Experience and qualifications required for this Sales Support role include;

*Passion and ambitious outlook for progression
*Can do attitude and the ability to think on their feet and work unsupervised
*Self- motivated and the ability to work under pressure
*Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail are critical
*Excellent knowledge of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and use of Google email
*Maturity and confidence to handle confidentiality and deal with senior internal and external stakeholders on a global level
