We have a fantastic role for a second jobber to work as an Office Administrator at a hugely successful and developing Management Consultancy firm.  This firm is professional, dynamic and everyone is incredible hardworking; they are looking for an Office Administrator to assist them with the smooth running of the office and also pick up on Team Assistant duties as required.  Typical Office Administrator duties will include; answering the phones, dealing with incoming / outgoing post, meeting and greeting guests, booking meeting rooms, managing the printers, keeping the office tidy and ad hoc Office Administrator duties as required.  In addition the role will include the need to act as holiday and sick cover for the rest of the team therefore the ideal candidate will have some experience of managing diaries.  This is an excellent opportunity for an Office Administrator who would like to develop and grow in their role at a prestigious company.  Please apply immediately to avoid disappointment!
