Our client is a global marketing leading business consultancy, who are looking for an assistant to support the COO due to the business being relocated to the UAE.

Detailed Job Description

Full business support to COO, which will include:

• Coordination of projects and direct reports (over 6 departments)
• Meeting preparation
• Leading special projects, research, reports
• Board secretarial duties
• General EA support to COO

This role is not a standard EA position as shown above it includes several key business reporting functions. The COO requires someone who will drive and inspire him to make him and the group as a whole more efficient.

Candidate's Profile

The role requires someone who has conducted a similar position within the region and reporting to a C level executive, the candidate will need to be organised and have personal gravitas

Due to the functions within this role discretion and loyalty are key and the successful candidate will be someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in every aspect of the business and be genuinely interested in who they are and what they do.
